Associate Pastor Bennie Owens came to Brothers keeper Community Outreach Ministries in December of 2003, by way of Twelve Gates M.B. Church, Chicago, IL. She has been serving in the ministry for the past 28 years.

She holds a Bachelor Degree in Biblical Studies and has experience as a Mentoring Training Coordinator as well as an Resource/Residential Services Coordinator. She has worked faithfully in church administration, community outreach, and as a liaison for the Pastors.
